Vision
As we go about our daily lives, we do not often take time to reflect on
our work. Most of the time we think that this is
unnecessary, until we see that, as a staff, having common direction is
essential in accomplishing the goals of any organization.
We need to ask ourselves some important questions like: What are doing
that is working? not working? How well are we communicating
as a staff, with the community, with our students?
There are many areas to cover. Let's spend some time talking
about a consensus vision concerning academics, statement of faith, and
the overall direction of the school.
